This is a small 1/9 th scale version of one of my favorite paintings, Charles Burchfields "Rainy Night" painted in acrylic. The original painting is a watercolor finished in 1929-30 and is 30" X 42" and features a street corner in Buffalo, NY. My version is 11" X 14" .
I work in a wide variety of mediums including painting, drawing, sculpture and computer graphics. I grew up drawing cartoons and building model cars, tanks and planes so naturally this interest has had a big influence upon my artwork. I am especailly interested in antique machinery and vehicles of all kinds. Over the last couple years I've had several people ask about creating some Christmas cards featuring my artwork so I've added a Chritmas card gallery. Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy my work!
