Heres another version of my 3D model of a Wyandotte 1933 Boattail Racer. The original toy car was of pressed steel construction and featured operating headlites. I added whitewall tires to my version-the actual toy had simple solid white rubber tires. I built my model in 3D using Art of Illusion and Serif Draw was used for the lettering. Gimp 2 was used for touch-ups.
I work in a wide variety of mediums including painting, drawing, sculpture and computer graphics. I grew up drawing cartoons and building model cars, tanks and planes so naturally this interest has had a big influence upon my artwork. I am especailly interested in antique machinery and vehicles of all kinds. Over the last couple years I've had several people ask about creating some Christmas cards featuring my artwork so I've added a Chritmas card gallery. Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy my work!
