I built this digital 3D model based on Big Bob's (owner of Big Bob's Trucking) old ex-Allied Van Lines Peterbilt Cabover, which is still goin' strong after years of hard work! I used Art of Illusion to build the model, and the weathered paint scheme was done using samples painted on cardboard with acrylic craft paint, then photographed, downloaded and applied to the model (after some digital airbrushing). The final rendering was touched-up using Gimp 2. Thanks for looking and "Keep on Truckin'!"

I work in a wide variety of mediums including painting, drawing, sculpture and computer graphics. I grew up drawing cartoons and building model cars, tanks and planes so naturally this interest has had a big influence upon my artwork. I am especailly interested in antique machinery and vehicles of all kinds. Over the last couple years I've had several people ask about creating some Christmas cards featuring my artwork so I've added a Chritmas card gallery. Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy my work!
